We are MallorcaBees, a company producing 100% pure Mallorcan bee honey, working in step with nature, the wellbeing of our colonies, and the landscape around us.
Who we are
A company in love with Mallorca
MallorcaBees was born from a passion for traditional beekeeping and for Mallorcan land. We are a team dedicated to reviving the craft of our grandparents, combined with modern standards of quality, traceability and absolute respect for the bee.
Our hives are spread across the Serra de Tramuntana, the Pla de Mallorca and protected coastal areas in the south of Mallorca, where our bees forage freely among almond blossom, carob, rosemary, thyme and wild orange blossom. The result is an authentic honey with the unique character of the Balearic ecosystem.

Our honey
Every jar tells the story of a bloom
We produce different varieties depending on the season and the harvesting area, always using cold extraction and minimal handling.
Wildflower honey
Multifloral spring honey, gathered in areas of maximum biodiversity. Intense aroma and complex flavour.
Rosemary honey
Light, smooth and aromatic, sourced from the rosemary scrubland of the Serra de Tramuntana.
Carob honey
Dark, dense and deep in flavour, typical of the most traditional Mallorcan agricultural landscape.
Orange blossom honey
Delicate and floral, harvested in spring from the citrus groves of the Pla de Mallorca.
Environment & values
We care for the bee because the bee cares for the island
Bees are one of the most important pollinators in the Mediterranean ecosystem. Protecting them means protecting biodiversity, agriculture and the Mallorcan landscape for future generations.

Currently expanding
Growing with our feet on the ground
MallorcaBees is in a phase of continuous growth. We are expanding our network of apiaries and developing a second line of business, rooted in the same respect for the land.
New apiaries
We are actively looking to acquire natural, wooded land and estates in Mallorca — unspoiled, well-oriented spaces where we can install new apiaries in complete harmony with the environment, expanding our production capacity without losing quality or authenticity.
Mallorcan pig breeding
Those same wooded plots also let us develop our other line of business: free-range breeding of the Mallorcan black pig (porc negre), respecting animal welfare, native breeds and the island's traditional farming methods. Discover it at mallorcapigs.com.
